The Mansion has six rooms which have six different themes starting from Japanese , Pop art, Romantic, Colonial, Chinese and our Honeymoon suit the “Black Room”. On top of the individual rooms also the architecture of the house is rather unique with many original art pieces in the house and sculptures in the garden. The place is perfect for connoisseurs who want to experience a different kind of holiday in a unique environment with a great location in the heart of Seminyak.

For sure you don’t get bored at the Niconico Mansion. We pride ourselves to have build not only an architecturally beautiful house but also with lots of activities. Clearly around the bar and open kitchen will be done most of the socializing with a ping pong table right next to it. On the 2nd floor we have a pool table and an oversized hammock being placed in a 3×5 meter void. It is looking up into a 4 meter high full carved Joglo. Even thou this villa is in the heart of Seminyak with 5 min to the beach, it actually has a large garden. Last but not least is our 13 meter long swimming pool which certainly makes for great entertainment during the barbeque parties you will enjoy here.

ROOMS

The Japanese room is inspired by a more minimalist design in black & white “colours”. The ensuite bathroom is more in earthy colours, with a large original Nico Genze painting. All rooms have King Koil king size beds.

The pop art room, as the name might give away is very colorful. A special feature is the London metro system lamp on the ceiling with each subway stop being a light bulb. The bathroom is an open bathroom kept in a friendly yellow.

The romantic room is located on the 2nd floor and is considered a more “ feminine room” with a four poster bed and chandeliers, it takes one back to Victorian times. All rooms are equipped with a 42” Flat Screen TV, DVD, and 100 TV Channel.

Right next to the romantic room is the colonial room. This room has a huge terrace to ones proposal with a staircase straight down to the swimming pool area and garden. The old photographs on the wall of the room remind us of the stories that our great-grandparents used to tell.

Chinese Room is inspired by the great nation of China. Out of all the eras this country has gone thru. Our designer picked the more recent communist era of China. With propaganda wall murals it is definitely an experience to spend a night in this room.
