Villa Tangram is a holiday haven in the heart of Seminyak, surrounded by the best restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops that the island has to offer. With an amalgamation of traditional and modern comforts, the villa is home to six, well-furnished bedrooms which are built to offer comfort and luxury to their guests. The owners have elaborately decorated the villa’s living spaces with artefacts from in and around Bali, so you can relish the traditional aspects of the villa as you laze around its contemporary furnishings. If you are traveling with a much larger group, then you have the option to rent the neighboring, six-bedroom Villa Abakoi as well.

The wooden pool deck borders the 12-metre swimming pool that sits glistening in the sun, inviting you to take a dive straight in. There are sprawling lawns around the pool, which are flourishing with rich, tropical foliage and vegetation that is luscious and bright green. The flowers release a sweet fragrant that will turn any frown upside down. The sun chairs are guarded by large umbrellas to keep you in shade on a particularly sunny day. Beautiful flowers bloom in the tropical weather to add color the vibrant outdoors. A traditional bale sits atop stone steps sporting a thatched-roof with three cushioned daybeds for added comfort.

Living Areas

Villa Tangram’s lavish living area is an open-concept structure with bamboo blinds separating it from the pool and garden, which can be viewed throughout the day so you can make the most of your naturally abundant surroundings. The living area is reminiscent of an atelier with a spacious design featuring a dining table for ten people, fabulous artwork donning the walls, and exotic lighting hanging from the alang-alang roof.

The gorgeous and luxurious living area is furnished with rattan furniture, sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy some quality time with your friends and family, enjoy a glass of wine and some snacks as the beautiful sunset washes the entire room in a luminous glow. Inset wall features accentuate the modern aspects of the room as well, and it is decorated with traditional artefacts. A western-bar resides behind the dining table through which one can reach the fully-equipped, modern kitchen which comes fitted with appliances and amenities that would make your stay easier.

Bedrooms

The expansive master bedroom at Villa Tangram is a contemporary space furnished with a four-poster, king-sized bed which features sheer, white drapes flirtingly billowing in the wind. A massive, 42-inch flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall opposite the bed, and comes with a DVD player with an excellent movie collection. A writing desk features a decorative, artist’s wall behind which is the highlight of the room. The room opens out to the pool, offering you direct access. The en-suite bathroom features luxurious, marble tiles and a marble freestanding bathtub amidst tropical foliage.

The five bedrooms are housed in a separate two-storey pavilion and are spread across the two floors comfortably. Four of the five bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and the fifth bedroom is more suited for kids for it is furnished with bunk beds. Each of the bedrooms is beautifully decorated with vibrant artwork and are air-conditioned. Daybeds are fitted for added comfort and televisions to keep you entertained. There are bathrooms attached to each of the five bedrooms.
